Details:
When the Warp program is run with a matrix that involves translation (or with
the `--translate' option), it will only correct the pixel grid on a sub-pixel
scale! For example the output of the command below (which doesn't involve any
sub-pixel translation) won't do any translation:
astwarp image.fits --translate=10,0
