[task #15109] Size of dataset as an Arithmetic operator

Follow-up Comment #1, task #15109 (project gnuastro):

I've pushed the changes here

I've, for now, commented the return types and hoping to create something like
this. The error I get is that the `size` operator is not being recognized but
I'd also like suggestions about the implementation and possible changes.
