Sorry for not answering your question objectively but, althouth I don't use
Telegram, I'll try studying it and see if I can isolate it from my other
accounts in order to test, or if I can remove my account completely after
testing.
If I find it to be doable, I might run tests with Wireshark, although I don't
know how to use it also.
