to give a more precise answer, WRT the FSDG, i believe that the
only requirement for on-going maintenance, is that the
maintainers must accept bug reports for freedom bugs, and
address them promptly - so, the only justifications for revoking
endorsement, would be one of:
* it is no longer available
* the maintainers can not be contacted
* it has freedom issues, and the maintainers will not fix them
AFAIK, none of those apply to dynebolic
