Probably gnokii bug.

Only certain sized images can be used for picture/op/caller...

Problem is probably in gnokii. I did sending using siemens c45...

Try make test. If it fails, fix it so it works. Send diff -u to me and
mailinglist.

I do not think such manual is readily available.
