Hi,

I've written a proposal [1] with what I think could help improve the current Downloads page [2] in the website.

This is a proposal to restructure the content of the Downloads page in the hope that it will be easier for new and old users to navigate. The idea is to make it easier to differentiate all the installers available, give more information about system requirements and provide links to relevant documentation such as: help on selecting the appropriate installer [3], Installation Manual [4], Upgrading information [5].

I'd like to know what you think. If you agree with the proposal, I'll start a new task in Savannah [6] to implement the changes.

Thanks,
