1) crete/edit the "new" page you want to redirect to

2) at the very top of the "old" page you want to redirect, put a
redirect statement (#REDIRECT uri) pointing to the "new" page (and wipe
or comment out the rest of the "old" page)

example:
to redirect a "old" page like this
http://www.gnewsense.org/PaginaDiProva
to a "new" page like this
http://www.gnewsense.org/Main.it/TestPage
just put this:
#REDIRECT Main.it/TestPage
at the very top of the "old" page
