Beijing LUG guys were really helpful.

Just now they are talking with me about the Yeeloong + Debian mips thing.

Here are two helpful contacts on that channel who owns a machine:

BLUG_Fred
freeflying

Here are some quotes:

<D--> http://www.lemote.com/bbs/viewthread.php?tid=20969
<D--> traits posted a guide that looks like it will work for the 160GB
HDD version

<freeflying_> D--: for me, there is no problem to install debian on
yeelong :), for I can use debootstrap under gdium to get it :)

<BLUG_Fred> freeflying_:

<D--> freeflying: That guide won't work.
<D--> Not unless you have the install cd from the Fulong box
<D--> I got all the installers off the Debian site and none of them have
the /boot/setup he mentions. Actually, none of them even had a /boot. :-/

Hope this helps.
