Support for that tag would be skipped, an ERROR would be raised
telling user that we would support that but were asked not to
and the embedded (or dynamically loaded) jpeg won't be shown.
I'm thinking about embedded device not willing to use bitmaps
at all. Again, this is far from a priority.
