Follow-up Comment #9, bug #42420 (project gnash):

For sure you can't load if you hadn't parsed.
What would "loaded" mean otherwise ? How can you know you loaded a frame if
you hadn't parsed the code to recognize "nextframe" calls ?

Compare bytes loaded (pre-parse) with frames loaded (post-parse).
