Details:

'make install' returned:

libtool: install: /bin/ginstall -c .libs/libgnashsound.lai
/usr/local/lib/gnash/libgnashsound.la 
/bin/ginstall: cannot stat `.libs/libgnashsound.lai': No such file or
directory

Copying libgnashsound.la into .libs seemed to make this work
Making install in libsound
make[2]: Entering directory `/usr/src/gnash-0.8.9/libsound'
  CXXLD  libgnashsound.la
/usr/lib/gcc/i486-slackware-linux/4.5.3/../../../../i486-slackware-linux/bin/ld:
cannot find -lvga

? Why not?  The libvga files are there; libgnashsound-0.8.9.so exists
and ldd reveals a found dependency on it.


After all my problems I could copy the executables and libraries into their
target directories and gnash has worked so far.
