Follow-up Comment #4, bug #33176 (project gnash):

It's interesting to note that the tags found after last advertised frame are
expected to be executed with the ones found in _first_ frame, just before
them.

 This isn't automatically tested but can be verified using the attached test,
clearly showing that the traces starting with 'f3' (which are triggered by a
DoAction in 3rd [unadvertised] frame) are  appearing right after the
onEnterFrame traces (2,2,x) and before 'f1' traces, but at the same second.

The need to _execute_ tags found after last showframe is automatically tested
(and failing) with commit 99aadb4ecf91182750f2999ac80a5a9997f4069d
