Have you guys intimated the authorities regarding the mirrors?
For what it is worth, on my 2Mbps broadband connection the NITH mirror
gave 38-100Kbps, while the upstream GNU FTP site (over HTTP) gave
56-180Kbps at 02:30hrs. Not too fast, but not too bad either. :-)
Hopefully things will be better with some reserved bandwidth.
