I agree with you,Arjun.

While syncing the mirror I had asked for some help and guidance from the GNU
Webmasters. After the sync was complete one of the webmaster asked me the URL
and the state of the mirror. I told them about it as well as the problem that
Arjun voiced. They told me just now that they will add us to the mirror list on
gnu.org and will also help us to get the necessary bandwidth from authorities.
He has told me that he will drop in a mail with the College authorities if we
want. He has told not to worry about the bandwidth problems but that the GNU
webmasters want any mirror to be added to the list so that they can provide
whatever help to increase the infrastructure of the mirrrors.
