hi
it just came to my mind that a neutral (either open for all or closed for all)
gate makes little sense in glob2 if attacking works like it should.
warriors attack everything and refuse to pass by walls without beating at them.
this way a 3 wide gap in the wall is blocking to warriors like a gate.
if the intention of a gate is to block workers (from fruits) then the gate
should be filtering to avoid workers switching direction with every state
change of the gate.
also a filtering gate needs less gradient updates than a neutral one.
