I am not saying that <http://www.gnu.org/software/PACKAGE>
disappears but that what you see there is coming from the Free
Software Directory (or the other way around, but they should match
each other).

I think it is better to have webmasters doing webmaster things, if the
maintainers want to do it, they should coordinate with one of the
webmasters or at least have him/her as his/her tutor.
