address@hidden was supposed to be a list for discussion in the
steering committee and to send mail to the steering committee.
It was supposed to forward to me and the committee members, only.
It was not supposed to be turned into a mailman list.
The current name will tend to give people the wrong impression.

I've asked our sysadmins to rename the current list to gdb-discuss.
It being the weekend, I am not sure how soon they will do this, so I
asked them to send mail to the list when the name changes.

We will not keep address@hidden as an alias for it,
because the idea is that people should stop using that name
for a purpose that doesn't fit the name.
