Thanks a lot for your contribution. The only change I've made is removal
of conditional EDITABLE_LS_COLORS_PALETTE and adding usual Reset/Cancel
buttons to Palette dlg.

I've already committed the code to the git repo - it'll go into the
next, 1.2.9 release.
