Hello, 

Well, for the sake of completeness I compiled a list of gnome-commander dialogs 
in openoffice format. After each dialog I indicated whether it should be modal 
or not. What's your opinion on this?

This is actually solved by making the F7 dialog modal.


I think we should discuss your proposal based on specific dialogs or situations.
I propose F5, F6, F7 and F8. Anything more ?
