Probably not.  They ran a general story today about the peitions site -
that's where I got the link to the rankings, so it's unlikely they'll run
another story so similar.

But maybe it would be better to target news services that are specific to
the relevent region.

What are the main British tech news sites?  Who has contacts or prior
interaction with them?  Would AFFS like to work on a PR?
