David Gauke (SW Herts, Cons) has been asking each department about their use of 'open source' software:
** <http://www.theyworkforyou.com/mp/?m=1633>"To ask the Secretary of State <http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Secretary_of_State> for Culture, Media and Sport what percentage of her Department's computer systems use open source software; what percentage of the systems planned to be installed use such software; and whether she plans to increase the use of open source software in her Department."
And started getting some replies: http://www.theyworkforyou.com/search/?s=%22open+source%22+section:wrans&o=d Graham
