[Fsfe-uk] Standing Orders, Postal Votes etc.

I thought it might be helpful if I could offer the Committee some 
assistance with finding a model set of Standing Orders, unfortunately I no 
longer have a set on my bookshelves, (that I could i find), however I will 
make it a priority  to come up with a set.

As there is some movement towards establishing a Charitable body to 
distribute grants, there will need to be elections not only for Honourary 
Officers, and members of the Executive committee, but also for Trustees of 
the Charitable Body.
