[Fsfe-france] NeWT install on fr.fsf.org

Hi,

This afternoon (CET), i'm going to install NeWT ("a PHP suite of groupware
tools") for Loic to test and play with it for some free software site ;-)

I plan to do it in the following directory :

   /var/www/france.fsfeurope.org/newt

NeWT is using a database so i'm going to create a "newt" database on MySQL.

One user will be created and it will have the admin privileges. The
Login/Password will be guest/guest.
