Thanks for showing interest in our project. You can start submitting
patches through mail. After you make substantial contribution and when
the core team feels your code no longer needs review, you will be
granted direct write access to repository.

Subscribe to the developers mailing list. Feel free to ask any
questions. Focus on the new libjingle version (it has voice support)
but still in development.
