bmc-config rewrite:
- New config file format.
- Only lower-level bmc-config primitives in C.
- Parser written completely in Scheme.
- Solve serial/LAN channel confusion.
Original plan was to accept new features only after 0.1.0 official GNU
release. But because bmc-config will use a new config file format, I
think it is a good idea to finish it in early stages before it gets
published.
