This is done through the localization system. All translations of Fle3
include date formats for each specific locale, so they should be
correct for you.

If you want to change the date format, edit the file
"vocabulary_XX.py" (where XX is the language code for the language
you're using) and change the entries "short_date_format" and
"timestamp_format" to your liking.
