Obviously it is because the user first logged in to Zope, and then tried to proceed and log into FLE. Because the admin user has permission to do anything in FLE, no reauthentication was issued, and Zope happily let the user "admin" in. Too bad there is no "admin" user in FLE, so he gets back an esoteric errormessage. I think there should be a FAQ, or something to point out that if you log in to Zope with admin privileges, you should log out (close the browser, or something) before you login to FLE.
Forget the FAQ, update Fle3. The current version has a refactored user management and can either use its own acl_users, or the one acquired from above. In the latter case, new UserInfo objects are created on the fly as needed when new users (from Fle3's point of view) log in.
