[Erc-discuss] Version 5.3 release plans

I'm going to try to roll out the 5.3 release of ERC around mid-week next
week.  Among the recent improvements to go in are:

 - Fixed bug that prevented ERC from fully connecting to Freenode from
   some connections.

 - New erc-list.el that can go into Emacs.  The old one is
   erc-list-old.el, the list-old module.

 - ERC ought to use less memory, now that the erc-parsed property is
   being (optionally, but by default) dropped from messages immediately
   after display.
