[Erc-discuss] ERC URL at emacswiki.org changed

I decided to change the emacswiki.org page for ERC from
"EmacsIRCClient" to "ERC", which is more succinct.  The old page name
should redirect automatically to the new.  I went through most of the
matches for "EmacsIRCClient" in the wiki and changed them to "ERC",
though I mostly left individual homepages alone.
