[ePiX-users] New release (Version 1.2.4)

NOTES

This release fixes a handful of minor bugs, including non-compliance issues 
with the Debian packaging system. Thanks to Julian Gilbey for fixing these! If 
you patched to Version 1.2.2b, there's nothing new (feature-wise) in this 
release.
