[ePiX-users] Bug in 1.1.13

There's a typo in Makefile.am which causes epix.el to be installed in 
man/mane [sic, just like the Tom Lehrer song "Silent e"]. This isn't 
serious, but the resulting oddly-named directory must be removed...er,
manually.

I'll post a corrected version 1.1.14 in the near future.
