NOTES
This release offers tikz output and reimplemented color filling in eepic.
All three formats (eepic, PSTricks, tikz) should give visually identical
results. eepic is markedly less efficient for filling than the other two
formats (output files 5-10 times as large), but is about twice as fast as
previously, and does not suffer from the (ancient) "sporadic filling" bug.
Clipping can be done against specified half spaces, not just coordinate
boxes. A couple of new "levelset" sample files illustrate use. The sample
gallery is up to date.
An info file is included, and may be accessed with Jay Belanger's emacs
mode.
