Note that while this will translate the user interface, it will not translate messages in levels. We have not worked out a good system for this. And there may even be some levels where the solution depends on something english specific, so full translation may never be possible.

Sorry Tacvek that I did not keep you informed about the current development. Translation of level messages is up and running in my enigma workareas. It is fully integrated into the Gnu gettext system. Thus translating the user interface is a good starting point.

Level authors will supply the translators with the messages, comments how to translate and own translations to languages they are aware of by means of XMLified metadata to the level.

Of course there remain very few levels where authors did engrave English words into the levelsurface. But these levels still can be subtiteled with translations.

The level translation feature will be added to the next release. I still have to write the reference documentation.

Level authors who like to start early with preparation of their levels can drop me a note.
