I downloaded the newest enigma patches yesterday (patch 80 or something) and
tried to compile them.

Running autogen.sh gave me this:
address@hidden:~/enigma-devel$ ./autogen.sh

Bootstrapping ./lib-src/zipios++    OK
Bootstrapping ./ configure.ac:112: error: possibly undefined macro:
AS_HELP_STRING
      If this token and others are legitimate, please use m4_pattern_allow.
      See the Autoconf documentation.
ERROR

The autogen.sh script gave me a confiugre script, which apparently worked, and
everything looked ok, but make failed reporting as follows:

server.cc: In constructor `enigma_server::Msg_Command_find(const
std::string&)::LowerCaseString::LowerCaseString(const std::string&)':
server.cc:371: `tolower' undeclared (first use this function)
server.cc:371: (Each undeclared identifier is reported only once for each
function it appears in.)
make[3]: *** [enigma-server.o] Error 1

My sytem is GNU/linux slackware 9.0 AFAIR. Autoconf 2.57 and automake 1.7.7.
Should you need any more information, just ask.

By the way: this is my first post to this mailing list, so I'll attach my
.enigmarc - played with v0.81.

I hope the bug report is useful.

Best regards,
