[Enigma-devel] gettext support in CVS

see subject; please update your CVS copy with "cvs -d" to get the new
directories.  It works on my machine; please tell me if you have any
problems.  One problem that still needs to be solved is support for
non-ASCII characters in the game.  I started to integrate TrueType
support into Enigma, but I'm not finished yet.  Anyway, enjoy.
