[Enigma-devel] Win: Ball speeding bullet after Alt-Tab

Playing Enigma in windowed mode on Win I noticed the ball gets a *lot*
of energy the moment you Alt-Tab out of Enigma. The Enigma window
loses focus and the ball goes wild, often destroying itself or the
solution of the level. This seems to happen only if the mouse cursor
is in a window's title bar after Alt-tabbing.
