I'm sorry, but I think there is a bug with the fix. When I tangle a
file, I get an error:

org-babel-under-commented-heading-p: Symbol's function definition is void: 
org-babel-under-commented-headline-p

I also see a failure with the tests:

1 unexpected results:
   FAILED  ob-tangle/continued-code-blocks-w-noweb-ref

I just did a git pull before trying this.
