Strange. What is ‘menu-bar-open’ bound to by default? Here with my GUI
Gnustep build F10 apparently prepares for the next mouse click to pop up
the "Global menu" at the position of the mouse cursor wherever it is on
the display. With GTK F10 pops up that menu immediately.
