FYI, I found another problem while playing with a C-l child. I use
completion with Corfu in the child frame, and get an assertion with
checking enabled.

I think the reason is the nesting of child frames with Corfu, i.e. we
have  Root -> Child -> Corfu. Embarrassing oversight.

I'll fix that tomorrow, and tell nobody about it :-).
