Ihor, strictly speaking, Org mode uses *untrusted-content*. However support of *trusted-content* should be added to Org as well. A similar feature was discussed on emacs-orgmode in the past. Of course, I agree that Org documents are markup rather than code. Embedded code is the source of danger (and TeX commands are code rather than markup).
