I've always wondered why "b" of all keys was not bound to anything. I
bind it to 'dired-create-empty-file', and I likely would rebind "b" to
that anyway if its default binding was 'dired-up-directory'.
The default binding "^" is good enough for me, but I agree that it is
odd to leave "b" unused.
