It cuts both ways: I think you don't see the second-order harm that those precautions do beside the obvious first-order effect of having to ask people to sign paperwork. Similarly, you don't seem to realize the extent of the chilling effect of you saying that `s.el` shouldn't be in GNU ELPA. Stefan
