But I'm not quite sure this is ideal -- someone may well mark something
as obsolete in BAR, and then meant to fix the call sites for FOO
throughout BAR, and then it'd be useful to get the byte compiler to tell
you where the problematic calls are.

So I think this would suppress too many useful warnings, whereas
suppressing warnings about obsolete functions calling each other is much
less problematic.
