No, I don't need it right now. But I think we should revisit the issue
of frame-local variables post-22.1; as it stands, they are odd and
seem a bit half-cooked. For example, without remove-frame-parameter
there's no easy way to remove a frame-local binding once created.
However, someone needs to check carefully that it interacts
correctly with the local binding mechanism.
Yes. That's why I agree it's better to leave the issue for now, even
if there are real (though obscure) bugs.
