I checked before making this change, but didn't find his name in the
FSF records because it is spelled differently there: "Sacha" vs
"Sascha".  The FSF is (rightfully, IMHO) picky about having the same
spelling on file and in ChangeLog entries, so I will wait for Richard
to tell what to do in this case.
