Highline has issues with Emacs 21.  In the earlier versions it didn't always
update itself (IE the highline would be on a line other than where the point
is). and in newer versions it doesn't work seemlessly (IE I get a highline in
tooltips which looks strange).

... so I migrated to hl-line-mode.

If highline is fixed maybe I will migrate back to it... who knows?! :)
