[Duplicity-tracker] [patch #6300] Standard library replacement for ParsedUrl class

Follow-up Comment #10, patch #6300 (project duplicity):

Attached is the urlparse patch for CVS head that is compatible with Python
2.4 and Python 2.5 (tested with 2.4.4 and 2.5.1).

This revision imports the 2.5 urlparse.py if the system library is classless,
which may an objectionable.

I also wrote a shim patch, but it is ugly and needs debugging.
