[Duplicity-talk] ERROR trying to run remove-older-than

I am trying to run the remove-older-than command using duplicity.  I get:

Copying duplicity-full-signatures.20110301T173434Z.sigtar to local cache.
Download s3+http://tndata2/duplicity-full-signatures.20110301T173434Z.sigtar.gpg failed (attempt #1, reason: S3ResponseError: S3ResponseError: 404 Not Found
)

5 attempts, and then the process dies.  How do I go about fixing this issue?
