It looks like Savannah is really not the site I want to continue to host
duplicity.  I thought I could use the Cookbook option to allow users to
submit scripts, but that just did not work out.

I'm going to set up a Contributions web page and a 'contrib' direectory
in the distribution, for now, but that will require that I post them as
they come in, rather than allowing the user to do so.  I'll get started
on that in the next couple of days.
