[Duplicity-talk] Updated setup.py

I have updated the setup.py so duplicity compiles properly on my Mac.  
After having installed librsync it wasn't able to find the proper  
directory for the libs.

Now, you can pass --librsync-dir=/usr/local or whatever for your system.

I'd like to submit a patch, but where to?

(This fix was found by examining the rdiff-backup package.)
